We would like to introduce our company, UV Moore Property Management Ltd. We saw a gap in the market with the Multi Unit Development Act 2011 & the PSRA being introduced and it was then we set up as a Property Managing Agent Company.

The difference between us and our competitors is, as we are a small company, when you make a phone call or send an email you are getting directly through to UV Moore Property Management & we personally make sure that all work is carried out putting ourselves in a position to be personally responsible. Before we set up UV Moore Property Management Ltd we have been working in the Property Industry for the past 15 years, which puts us in a position to offer a hands on professional service at a very high level in all fields of property management including administration, insurance management, financial, and legal services as well as the day to day upkeep and general maintenance of a development.

Una Moore obtained a degree in Property Economics from DIT, Bolton St. She has over fifteen years’ experience working in the Property & Financial Sectors. With the introduction of the Property Services Regulation Authority she has obtained a Property Services License. As part of our ongoing improvement we are currently studying the new companies law acts which may have implications for OMC’s.

Vincent Moore has over 10 years managerial experience and in this role has been involved in all aspects of facility management including fire safety, health and safety, project management and the setting up and maintaining of efficient production rooms with current standards in mind. As part of our ongoing improvement we are currently attending courses relevant to the industry including fire safety and current standards and regulations.

Our combined knowledge covers advice on service charge structure, budgeting, service charge collection and management, contractor procurement, health & safety, accountancy, project management and surveying services, all supported by our fully supported office. Property Regulatory Authority?

We were delighted with the introduction on the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) and yes, UV Moore Property Management Ltd holds a Property Services Provider’s License. The main function of the Property Services Regulatory Authority is to control and regulate Property Services Providers, this includes the licensing of all such services providers, the establishment of a complaints investigation and redress system for consumers, the setting and enforcement of standards in the provision of property services, the administration of client accounts, the establishment and maintenance of a compensation fund and the creation of a residential and commercial property registers.

UV Moore Property Management are managing agents for our development. I am an owner occupier and a Director of the Management Committee.
